Blockchain.com seeks IPO filing with SEC and targets up to $500 million
The London-based crypto services firm submitted confidentially for the offering earlier this year, according to CoinDesk.
CoinDesk reports that London-based crypto services company Blockchain.com confidentially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering earlier this year.
The filing targets an IPO size of up to $500 million, with an indicated valuation of as much as $6 billion.
The company is seeking to bring its IPO forward after the confidential submission process, CoinDesk said.
