Bitcoin slips as rates rise and consumer confidence sinks
The Conference Board said its Consumer Confidence Index fell to its lowest level in more than a decade in September.
CoinDesk reports that Bitcoin traded lower as interest rates rose alongside a sharp deterioration in consumer sentiment.
The Conference Board's Consumer Confidence Index dropped to its lowest level in more than a decade in September.
In the report, the index also reflected weaker expectations for business conditions and continued labor market weakening.
