Dauntless Capital Partners buys Arlo Wynwood hotel for at least $44.3M
The Houston-based buyer financed part of the deal with a $43 million acquisition loan from BMO Bank, and the hotel has 217 rooms in a nine-story building.
Commercial Observer reports Dauntless Capital Partners paid at least $44.3 million for the Arlo Wynwood hotel in Miami, according to property records. The nine-story property at 2217 Northwest Miami Court includes 217 guest rooms, plus a ground-floor cafe and a rooftop bar and pool.
The outlet said BMO Bank provided a $43 million acquisition loan for the Houston-based hospitality investor. The deed lists the sale price at $44.3 million, though the reported figure may understate the total because it excludes furniture, fixtures, and business operations.
Commercial Observer added that the seller, Quadrum Global, completed the 144,848-square-foot hotel in 2022 after buying the 0.8-acre site for $8.6 million four years earlier. The report also cited Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau data showing Miami-Dade hotel occupancy down 0.1 percent year over year, while room rates rose 11.2 percent to $293.7.
