Endeavor and Cox acquire The Hotel at Avalon for $220 million
The Hotel at Avalon has 330 keys and includes up to 1,200-person event capacity at its 65,000-square-foot Alpharetta Conference Center.
Crescent Real Estate has offloaded The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, according to ConnectCRE. The property is a 330-key hotel that debuted in 2018 and has been owned by Crescent since September 2020.
Commercial Search, as cited by ConnectCRE, said Endeavor Real Estate Group and Cox acquired the hotel for $220 million. The sale includes guest rooms and suites ranging from 355 to 1,100 square feet, along with amenities such as a second-floor swimming pool, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant.
The property also includes event-focused space. ConnectCRE reports the Alpharetta Conference Center spans 65,000 square feet, offers 44,000 square feet of flexible meeting space across 18 separate rooms and a ballroom, and can host up to 1,200 people.
Additional site details cited by ConnectCRE include three and a half levels of parking with 407 spaces. The building also includes event venues and parking capacity designed to support large gatherings.
