ICE product targets compliance and testing for automated valuation models

ICE says its AVM Model Monitor uses daily forward-blind testing, independent model validation, and automated monthly reporting through a self-service dashboard.

Regulatory oversight for automated valuation models has shifted toward more rigorous testing and validation, raising compliance expectations for lenders, Mortgage News Daily reports.

The outlet says ICE’s AVM Model Monitor is designed to help lenders support compliance, strengthen internal risk policies, and streamline property valuation workflows, leveraging more than 10 years of historical information and ICE national property and valuations data.

Mortgage News Daily adds that the platform delivers daily forward-blind testing, independent model validation, and automated monthly reporting via an on-demand self-service dashboard.

The company also points to an Oct. 1 event featuring experts from STRATMOR Group, Nations Lending, and LoanCare, focused on how lenders are using technology and advanced analytics to address customer experience, transparency, and technology gaps.
