The acquisition price was $26.1 million for the 88,800-square-foot shopping center, which is fully leased.

Orion Real Estate Group acquired Watauga Village, a Food Lion-anchored neighborhood shopping center at 276 Watauga Village Drive in Boone, North Carolina, according to ConnectCRE.

The center totals 88,800 square feet and Orion paid $26.1 million for the property, which sits in the commercial center of Boone.

ConnectCRE reports the shopping center is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and is adjacent to Watauga Medical Center. Tenants include Michaels, Mercy Urgent Care, Spectrum, Tropical Smoothie Café, and Wingstop, and the property is fully leased.
