Partners Capital says Phase I is fully contracted at North Houston park
The 153-acre North Houston Commerce Park will deliver about 1.7 million square feet of Class A industrial space in its first phase, ConnectCRE reports.
Partners Capital said every acre of Phase I at North Houston Commerce Park is sold or under contract, with remaining closings expected before the end of the year, according to ConnectCRE.
ConnectCRE reported the 153-acre project, assembled by Partners Capital’s Land Fund I, is located at the southeast quadrant of the FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield intersection and is minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The developer said the first phase will support roughly 1.7 million square feet of Class A industrial product. ConnectCRE also noted Portman closed on 41 acres and has started a separate speculative industrial park, while Adkisson Group plans to acquire 35 acres to build nine industrial buildings.
