PAULS reacquires Regency Plaza, a 15-story Denver office tower
The property is 83% leased, and more than 176,000 square feet were added through new leases since early 2024.
ConnectCRE reports that PAULS acquired Regency Plaza, a 15-story, 335,908 square foot Class A office tower at 4643 South Ulster Street in Denver’s Tech Center.
The tower was purchased from Granite Properties, marking PAULS’ return to the building after previously owning it, according to ConnectCRE.
Newmark’s Tim Richey and Jack Richey represented Granite in the transaction, while the acquisition was financed with fixed-rate debt from Collegiate Peaks Bank, a division of Glacier Bank.
ConnectCRE also said Regency Plaza is 83% leased, with over 176,000 square feet of new leases executed since early 2024. The property was built in 1985 and repositioned in 2020.
