Treasury yields push higher as Dow slips amid lower oil prices

Treasury yields rose again despite a drop in oil prices, with the 30-year yield reaching its highest level since 2002, according to WSJ Markets.
In the same session, the Dow slipped, as investors digested the higher rate environment.
