VAC Development breaks ground on $100M Henderson office redevelopment

The Cliff will be delivered to tenants in Q2 2027, after construction starts September 1.

VAC Development has broken ground on The Cliff, a $100 million transformation of a 10-acre, 100,000-square-foot office property in Green Valley Ranch, according to ConnectCRE.

A VAC Development-led joint venture acquired and recapitalized the project at the end of August, with CAST Capital Partners remaining a partner, the outlet reports.

Construction officially began September 1, with delivery to tenants targeted for Q2 2027.

ConnectCRE also notes that The Cliff is adding Visual Comfort, Pvolve and BODYROK as new tenants, joining previously announced tenants including Arhaus, The Taco Stand, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Killer Whale Creamery.
