Atria Health Research leases space at Sweetbird North in Miami
The Sweetbird North mixed-use project, developed by Craig Robins, is backed by a $125 million construction loan and is slated for completion in 2028.
Developer Craig Robins has signed up office tenants for Sweetbird North, a new mixed-use development at the Miami Design District, with reporting from Commercial Observer.
In the biggest deal, Atria Health Research signed a 55,000-square-foot lease and will occupy the project’s third, fourth, and fifth floors of the eight-story building.
Atria offers medical concierge services that include a $60,000 annual membership fee after a $100,000 one-time initiation fee, according to Commercial Observer.
Sweetbird North broke ground Wednesday after securing a $125 million construction loan from French bank Crédit Agricole last month, and construction is expected to be complete in 2028, the outlet said.
