DivcoWest’s 325 Hudson St. AI hub hits 100% occupancy
The 10-story property is now fully leased after the final space was taken by multiple tenants, including Flourish, Moment, and a life sciences company in stealth mode.
DivcoWest said its multitenant AI tech hub at 325 Hudson St. in Hudson Square has reached full occupancy following recent leasing activity, according to ConnectCRE.
The company noted that the last available space in the 10-story building was taken up by Flourish, an AI startup, Moment, an AI partner for investment management, and a life sciences enterprise that is currently in stealth mode.
ConnectCRE also reported DivcoWest framed the move as part of growing AI demand in New York, citing that the firm’s president, Gregg Walker, pointed to 2.8 million square feet of active AI demand in the market.
CBRE represented DivcoWest in the leasing activity, with the outlet listing Paul Amrich, Neil King, Brooke Dewing, and Kelly Tipton as CBRE representatives.
