Galvanize Real Estate buys 3-property industrial portfolio in Orange County
The acquisition totals 280,000 square feet and lifts the strategy’s portfolio to 3.8 million square feet.
ConnectCRE reports that Galvanize Real Estate (GRE), the sustainable real estate strategy of Galvanize, acquired a three-property industrial portfolio in Orange County.
The portfolio covers 280,000 square feet and is GRE’s second California acquisition, and its fifth acquisition nationwide over the past year.
According to ConnectCRE, the deal brings GRE’s total portfolio to 3.8 million square feet, and GRE cited Orange County’s strategic location, diversified economy, and limited new supply.
ConnectCRE also reports that GRE said the Southern California expansion is intended to capitalize on market fundamentals while seeking to create value through decarbonization.
