Manchester City found guilty of breaking Premier League financial rules

English soccer club Manchester City was found guilty of breaking Premier League financial rules over nine seasons, according to CNBC Markets.

CNBC World also said the ruling relates to allegations that the club used sponsorship arrangements described as “sham” to comply with league requirements.
