ROBO Global updates its guide to healthtech index questions

ETF Trends reports that ROBO Global has released a guide addressing questions it is receiving about its Healthcare Technology and Innovation Index, or HTEC.

The index is described as a global benchmark that tracks publicly traded companies linked to innovation across the healthcare technology value chain, including areas such as surgical robotics, AI-driven drug discovery, gene editing, AI diagnostics, and targeted precision therapies.

ROBO Global says the HTEC Index uses a proprietary framework of nine subsectors, including robotics, genomics, precision medicine, and diagnostics, and includes companies that meet criteria beyond revenue alone.

According to ETF Trends, each company is evaluated using a proprietary Theme Score on a 1 to 100 scale as part of the index selection process.
