Bitget says it expects limited recovery after $387.5 million hack
The exchange froze a small portion of the stolen funds, and restored much of its protection fund, according to CNBC.
Bitget CEO told CNBC that the crypto exchange is not expecting to recover a large share of the $387.5 million stolen in last week’s hack.
CNBC reports that Bitget has frozen only a tiny fraction of the stolen funds.
The outlet also reports that the exchange restored much of its protection fund after the incident.
