BXP and JLL join team for Fifty at First office tower in San Francisco
The 915-foot, 1.5-million-square-foot tower at First and Mission is set to become the second tallest in San Francisco once completed.
The San Francisco Recovery Fund said BXP and JLL have joined a multidisciplinary team developing Fifty at First, a new office tower planned for First and Mission streets in downtown San Francisco, according to ConnectCRE.
The project calls for a 915-foot building with 1.5 million square feet of office space, and ConnectCRE reported that once completed Fifty at First will be the second tallest building in the city.
ConnectCRE said BXP will serve as a consultant across development, leasing, and marketing, while JLL has been named the exclusive office leasing agent. It also reported that the project is positioned as an opportunity to help shape downtown San Francisco’s workplace future, citing comments from BXP EVP Rod Diehl.
