Cimbria launches dust-free loading system for bulk materials
The system pairs Cimbria’s loading chutes with its new Type FT Multi-Outlet to separate dust and impurities at the source during outloading.
Cimbria has launched its Moduflex dust-free loading solution, designed to create cleaner outloading of bulk materials while lowering dust emissions, according to World Grain.
The new setup integrates Cimbria loading chutes with a newly introduced Type FT Multi-Outlet, forming what the company describes as a free-falling material beam.
In the design, the heavier product accelerates downward during free fall, while lighter air and dust separate naturally from the stream, addressing dust and impurities that can affect air quality, visibility, and equipment wear.
World Grain reports the company said dust emissions remain a major challenge for facilities handling dust-prone bulk materials, and Cimbria positions the Moduflex system as making the outloading process more predictable and easier to control.
