Front Range Partners refinances EVO St. Petersburg with $75 million loan
The 23-story downtown property includes 220 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units plus about 13,000 square feet of retail space.
Front Range Partners has secured a $75 million loan to refinance EVO St. Petersburg, a high-rise apartment complex in downtown St. Petersburg, according to ConnectCRE.
The fixed-rate financing was arranged by Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory and provided by Freddie Mac on behalf of FrontRange Capital Partners.
ConnectCRE said the 23-story property was delivered in 2023 and features 220 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, along with approximately 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The complex also offers more than 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a pool and wellness spaces.
