Hyperliquid and Circle press EU rules in the MiCA review process
Hyperliquid's policy group is urging European regulators to bring perpetual futures, or perps, under MiFID II as part of the European Union's MiCA review process, according to The Block.
At the same time, Circle is using filings to the European Commission to focus on MiCA's requirement for bank deposit reserves, the outlet said.
