JLL and YODA Group complete 13,000 sq ft new leases at Transamerica

JLL and YODA Group have completed more than 13,000 square feet of new leasing activity at Transamerica Pyramid Center in San Francisco, according to ConnectCRE.

The transactions include a new lease with a New York-based multi-stage venture capital firm.

ConnectCRE also reports that a San Francisco-based law firm renewed and expanded its occupancy, growing its space to about 7,000 square feet in Two Transamerica.

ConnectCRE quotes JLL San Francisco vice chairman Chris Roeder saying the office market in San Francisco has shifted into a phase where leasing activity is accelerating and companies are making longer-term workplace decisions, with demand concentrating on high-quality buildings in the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
