JPI funds income-restricted Dallas housing project Torrington Forest
Construction is set to start this month, with completion anticipated in mid-2028, and the development will include 248 homes on nearly 17 acres.
JPI has closed land and construction financing for a new income-restricted housing complex in southern Dallas, according to ConnectCRE.
Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with completion anticipated in mid-2028, for the Torrington Forest project planned on nearly 17 acres at 7100 S. Great Trinity Forest Way.
Torrington Forest calls for 248 homes, including 222 units restricted to households earning up to 60% of the area median income and 13 homes at 70% of AMI.
ConnectCRE reports the community is financed through 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
