Kabat Chapman & Ozmer leases 13,000 SF at 14th & Spring

The Midtown Atlanta move follows Shorenstein Properties buying the building from Greenstone Properties in April 2024, when it still lacked tenants.

Kabat Chapman & Ozmer LLP has leased 13,000 square feet at 14th & Spring, a 324,000 square foot Midtown Atlanta office building at 1150 Spring St., according to a Bisnow account based on a press release. The labor and employment law firm is described as expanding its Atlanta footprint with the Midtown location.

Bisnow reports that the firm previously occupied 1,500 square feet at 171 17th St. in Atlantic Station. In the new space, Kabat Chapman & Ozmer said the building gives it room to grow, citing more space and resources.

The article also notes that Shorenstein purchased 14th & Spring from Greenstone Properties in April 2024 and that the building had lacked tenants despite being completed at the time. Bisnow says Shorenstein later secured its first major tenant, engineering firm HNTB, taking 70,000 square feet in October 2024.

Bisnow further says another tenant, CP Group, is set to occupy the renovated CNN Center in Downtown Atlanta, with Kabat Chapman & Ozmer positioned among the building's latest leasing activity.
