Marcus & Millichap closes $4.45M sale of Billerica industrial property

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of 400 Iron Horse Park, an industrial property in Billerica, Massachusetts, following a marketing process that drew multiple offers, according to ConnectCRE.

The sale price was $4.45 million, and the buyer was able to close quickly with minimal contingencies, the outlet reported, citing remarks from Harrison Klein, a managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office.

ConnectCRE also said Marcus & Millichap marketed the 219,164-square-foot property on behalf of the seller, with Klein, Luigi Lessa, and Mattias Edenkrans handling the listing and Klein and Lessa, in association with David Skinner and Prescott IOS, procuring the buyer.

The outlet added that the building was constructed in 1913 and includes two manufacturing spaces.
