Olnick Organization refinances Harlem apartments with $170.5M loan

The refinancing is cash neutral, intended to retire the property’s existing loan, according to ConnectCRE.

Olnick Organization refinanced Lenox Terrace, a multifamily community at 484 Malcolm X Blvd. in Harlem, using $170.5 million in permanent financing, according to ConnectCRE.

Walker & Dunlop arranged the deal, securing the balance sheet financing from Chase Commercial Bank on behalf of Olnick Organization.

ConnectCRE also reported that the new financing is structured on a cash neutral basis to retire the existing loan, while noting that Lenox Terrace is a scaled asset with a long operating history in Manhattan.
