Patricof Co signs 10-year lease for full 16th floor at 545 Madison

Marx Realty said Patricof Co, an investment and advisory platform for professional athletes, signed a 10-year lease at 545 Madison.

ConnectCRE reports that the firm will occupy the entire 16th floor, totaling 7,500 square feet, at the Plaza District office building.

Marx Realty attributed its optimism to tenant demand for the building, saying Patricof’s move reflects the quality of firms attracted to 545 Madison’s design and ecosystem.

Craig Deitelzweig, Marx Realty’s president and CEO, said the building’s intentional design details and hospitality-like feel appealed to top-tier firms as Patricof grows in its new space.
