SEBI issues observations for four IPOs, including Carlsberg India unit
The regulator’s update said the observations were issued between September 28 and October 1 for IPO draft documents submitted from May to July.
India’s market regulator Sebi has issued regulatory observations for four companies seeking to raise capital through initial public offerings, including Carlsberg India Ltd, according to LiveMint Markets.
The other IPO-bound firms named in the regulator’s update are TMC Transformers (India) Ltd, Ujin Pharma Ltd, and Matangi Rubber Ltd. Sebi issued the observations between September 28 and October 1.
LiveMint Markets said the companies had filed their draft offer documents between May and July as they worked through the IPO review process.
Carlsberg India’s Sebi clearance was described as a key milestone for the Indian subsidiary of Danish brewing group Carlsberg Group, after the company submitted its draft IPO papers on July 1 through Sebi’s confidential pre-filing route, LiveMint Markets added.
