SEC proposes rules to make it easier for funds to hold crypto
CNBC reports that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed new rules aimed at making it easier for investment advisers and regulated funds to hold cryptocurrencies on behalf of clients.
According to CNBC World, the SEC’s proposal would adjust the framework governing crypto custody for these types of market participants.
