Adler & Stachenfeld signs 40,000-square-foot Midtown office lease
The firm’s new space is on the entire 12th floor of 1301 Avenue of the Americas, a Midtown office market with average third-quarter 2026 asking rents of $85.1 per square foot, according to Colliers.
Commercial real estate law firm Adler & Stachenfeld is relocating its New York City offices within Midtown, after signing a lease for 40,000 square feet at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, according to Commercial Observer.
The firm will take the entire 12th floor in the building, which is owned in a joint venture between Rithm Capital and DRA Advisors. Commercial Observer reported that the asking rent and the lease length were not disclosed.
Adler & Stachenfeld is currently at 555 Madison Avenue, and the article said the firm has already moved into the new space.
In a statement cited by Commercial Observer, managing partner Terri Adler said the firm’s new physical space matches the caliber of its clients and the deals it facilitates.
