Bitcoin hits October 6, 2025 peak, 4chan math points to today
The post’s timeline calls for 364 days after the 2025 high, and Bitcoin is now about 31.8% below its peak, with prices around $86,100.
An anonymous 4chan user first posted a screenshot in December 2023 that predicted Bitcoin’s next market top would occur on October 6, 2025, using a numerology-based pattern from prior cycle lows and highs, according to Decrypt.
Decrypt reports that the forecast appeared to come true, with Bitcoin reaching an all-time high just above $126,000 on October 6, 2025, then later sliding sharply, with the coin reportedly 52% below its peak by late June.
The outlet adds that the same 4chan math projects a repeat move by adding 364 days to October 6, 2025, landing on October 5, 2026, which the user frames as the bottom based on the historical timing pattern.
Decrypt says Bitcoin is trading around $86,100 this morning, about 30% below the peak, while also noting that the earlier drawdown was still milder than the 80% plus bear markets seen in past cycles, per 21Shares.
