Goldman calls for lower fiscal deficits to reduce surging bond yields
Goldman Sachs analyst Anthony Gutman said governments need to cut spending to lower fiscal deficits, aiming to address surging bond yields, according to CNBC Markets.
CNBC World similarly reported Gutman’s view that tighter fiscal balances are necessary to tackle borrowing costs that have been rising in bond markets.
