Jio Platforms IPO price band floated at Rs. 1,350 to Rs. 1,450
The issue is expected to raise about Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 37,800 crore, potentially via a pure fresh issue of up to 27 crore shares, with a listing window targeted for late 2026 into November 2026.
Buzz around Reliance Industries Limited-backed Jio Platforms suggests an IPO price band of roughly Rs. 1,350 to Rs. 1,450, implying a post-issue valuation in the range of ₹12.4 lakh crore to ₹13.4 lakh crore, according to LiveMint Markets.
The outlet also said the company has completed roadshows in the US, UK, Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong, led by Akash Ambani and Isha Ambani, and is moving to file a red herring prospectus soon.
Reportedly, the IPO issue size is expected to be around Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 37,800 crore, and it could be structured as a pure fresh issue of up to 27 crore shares.
LiveMint Markets added that listing is targeted for the October end to November 2026 period, and noted an earlier PTI report that Jio Platforms was making final touches to its public offer documents.
