Kiln leases 22,045 square feet in Woodinville’s Harvest project

The coworking firm plans to open the Woodinville location in 2027, as part of its third new regional lease this year.

Kiln has signed a lease for 22,045 square feet in the Woodinville Harvest development, a roughly 19.5-acre project, according to ConnectCRE.

The Utah-based coworking company expects to open the new location in 2027, and the deal adds to two other new leases it signed in the region this year, including sites in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood and Bellevue.

Those earlier locations are expected to open in October and May 2027, respectively.

ConnectCRE also reports that Harvest is an approximately 20-acre development that includes apartments, townhomes and a hotel, and that Kiln’s space is the largest lease signed in The Yard, Harvest’s nearly 100,000-square-foot retail complex at 14482 147th Place NE.
