OPEC+ keeps November oil production quota unchanged
OPEC+ set the next-month quota at 31.01 million barrels per day for the eight members covered, after reversing earlier production cuts to help offset a worsening Middle East supply gap.
OPEC+ agreed to keep its oil production quota for next month unchanged from the current month, matching market expectations, according to OilPrice.
The quota total for October and November is 31.01 million barrels per day for the eight OPEC+ members covered by the agreement.
OilPrice said OPEC+ made the decision after it unwound its production cuts earlier this year in an effort to offset a deepening supply shortage coming from the Middle East.
