Wavestone signs 9,812-square-foot lease at 511 Fifth Avenue

Wavestone, a global strategic business and technology transformation consulting firm, has signed a 9,812-square-foot office lease at 511 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, according to Commercial Observer.

The France-based firm will take space on the building’s 13th floor and plans to relocate from 130 West 42nd Street, though the timing was not disclosed.

The 18-story Midtown property was recently redeveloped by owners Aurora Capital, Wharton Properties and ACHS Management, and Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal for Wavestone.

Cushman & Wakefield said the building’s recent repositioning, amenities and accessibility were key factors in the firm’s decision, but the length of the lease and the asking rent were not released.
