AXS Opportunity Fund buys One North Central in downtown Phoenix
The 20-story Class A office tower totals 429,120 square feet and sits at 1 North Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix.
AXS Opportunity Fund acquired One North Central, a 429,120-square-foot, 20-story Class A office tower at 1 North Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix, according to ConnectCRE.
The seller was Parallel Capital Partners, which bought the building for $93 million in 2015, and the property was constructed in 2001.
The tower has access to the Valley Metro light rail system and includes a recently completed amenity center, structured and subterranean parking, and ground-floor retail.
ConnectCRE also said Newmark represented the seller through Chris Marchildon, Barry Gabel, and CJ Osbrink, and that AXS Opportunity Fund kept Newmark’s Brett Abramson, Chris Latvaaho, and Chris Beall as leasing advisors.
