Cooley Capital plans November opening for 60,000-SF The Junction

The project totals about 90,000 square feet, including 30,000 square feet of flexible office space, and adds multiple food and bar tenants alongside entertainment amenities.

Cooley Capital says it will open its The Junction project in November, a 60,000-square-foot entertainment, event, and dining space, according to ConnectCRE.

The facility will include three pickleball courts, private cabanas, multiple full-service bars, a live music stage, a grand dining hall with individual food vendors, and covered decks and patios.

ConnectCRE also reports that Georgetown-based dining tenants Sweet Lemon Kitchen, Dough-Go Pizza, King’s Chicken Wings, and Taconmaye will open in The Junction’s dining area, alongside JABS Smashburger and Shawarma Point.

Additional venues include The Mockingbird craft cocktail bar and The Nest speakeasy, and the development adds 30,000 square feet of flexible office space.
