Halliburton declines role in Sea Lion project near Falkland Islands
Halliburton has refused to take part in the Sea Lion oil project off the coast of the Falkland Islands, according to OilPrice.
The decision comes as pressure has increased from Argentina’s president on the companies involved in the work, the outlet said.
OilPrice added that Halliburton will not participate in any oil or gas development around the contested islands.
