Houthis claim missile and drone strikes across Saudi Arabia

The group said it targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, an Aramco refinery in Rabigh, and Abha Airport.

Yemen's Houthi group said it carried out three military operations using ballistic and cruise missiles and drones against targets in Saudi Arabia, according to FXStreet citing Xinhua News Agency.

In the claims, the first operation targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, the second targeted a refinery of Saudi state oil company Aramco in Rabigh in the Mecca region, and the third targeted Abha Airport, the Khamis Mushait base, and Akfa camp in southern Asir.

The statement attributed the attacks to what the Houthis described as intensified Saudi strikes on Houthi-held areas in Yemen.

FXStreet also noted that Israeli media reported Israel is preparing a potential attack against Iran, either in coordination with the US or independently.
