Logistics Property Company to build Sonoran Logistics Park in Buckeye, AZ

The 76-acre Sonoran Logistics Park will total 1,226,832 square feet across two buildings, with 36 to 40 foot clear heights and more than 15,000 amps of power.

Logistics Property Company, known as LogiPropCo, has closed on a 76-acre site at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Perryville Road in Buckeye, Arizona, for its Sonoran Logistics Park project, according to ConnectCRE.

ConnectCRE reports the development is expected to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2026, and when finished it will total 1,226,832 square feet across two buildings.

The outlet also said the logistics park will be designed with 36 to 40 foot clear heights and more than 15,000 amps of power, supported by a location that provides immediate access to Interstate 10 and is within three miles of Loop 303.

ConnectCRE further noted the project is approximately 30 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and is LogiPropco’s third development in the Phoenix area.
