Newmark completes full lease-up of Des Moines Creek Business Park West

The 405,680-square-foot industrial property is built on a ground lease from the Port of Seattle and was developed by Panattoni Development Co.

Newmark has arranged the full lease-up of Des Moines Creek Business Park West, a newly developed 405,680-square-foot industrial facility in Des Moines, Washington, at 1800 S. 216th Street, according to ConnectCRE.

The property was developed by Panattoni Development Co. and built on a ground lease from the Port of Seattle.

ConnectCRE said Newmark Executive Vice Chairman Thad Mallory and Vice Chairman Taylor Hoff, along with Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Chris Corr, represented the owners, Panattoni Development Company and Principal Financial Group, in the transaction.
