The 32-unit multifamily property closed on an all-cash deal within 30 days at nearly 99% of the asking price, according to ConnectCRE.

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Nine-Eighteen Apartments, a 32-unit multifamily property in Anaheim, California, according to ConnectCRE.

The property sold for $7.1 million, which equates to $221,875 per unit.

ConnectCRE said the transaction was an all-cash deal that closed within 30 days at nearly 99% of the asking price.

ConnectCRE reported that the firm marketed the property on behalf of the seller, with Tyler Leeson, Matt Kipp, Nick Kazemi, and Drew Holden involved in the sale, and that other specialists procured the buyer.
