Miami Design District revives office project with BH3 partnership
The 20-story Ursa is planned to deliver 250,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, with construction targeted to start next year and finish in 2029.
Commercial Observer reports that a dormant office development inside the Miami Design District is being restarted with BH3 Management as a partner. The project is called the Ursa and is planned for 30 Northeast 39th Street, facing North Miami Avenue near the southwest corner of the open-air mall.
The outlet says the plan includes 250,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Arquitectonica and artist Daniel Arsham’s firm are listed as designers for the 20-story development.
Commercial Observer also reports that the Ursa owners are a partnership between Craig Robins’ Dacra and L Catterton Real Estate, plus BH3. The companies plan to break ground next year, with completion slated for 2029, and a representative declined to comment on pre-leasing.
