Vedanta board to consider first interim dividend for FY27
The board meeting is scheduled for October 8, with an October 14 record date for shareholder entitlement.
Vedanta said its board will meet on October 8 to consider and approve the first interim dividend for financial year 2026 to 27, if any, according to an exchange filing.
The company set October 14, 2026 as the record date to determine shareholders entitled to the dividend, if declared.
On Monday, Vedanta shares closed 1.1% higher at ₹255.05 per share on the NSE, as investors looked ahead to the Tuesday update.
