Woodfield Development buys West Palm Beach condo units at auction

ConnectCRE says Woodfield Development was the top bidder at $13.5 million after the condo community was more than $1.5 million behind on water bills.

Woodfield Development acquired a condo community in West Palm Beach, Florida, after an auction handled by Avison Young and Fisher Auction.

According to ConnectCRE, the sale covered all units, plus a 0.32-acre clubhouse and pool parcel, at a property located at 2800 Georgia Avenue.

ConnectCRE reported that Woodfield Development was the top bidder at $13.5 million.

The outlet added that the development was more than $1.5 million behind on paying its water bills, and noted that existing MF-20 zoning allows up to 20 dwelling units per acre.
