10-year Treasury yield steady as investors await 30-year auction

Yields moved higher on Thursday ahead of the later 30-year bond auction, after investors saw strong demand for 10-year notes.

U.S. Treasury yields were modestly higher on Thursday, with the 10-year yield little changed as investors looked ahead to a long-dated sale later in the day, according to CNBC Markets.

The shift came after strong sales of 10-year notes, which supported demand earlier in the session, CNBC Markets reported.

The market focus then turned to the upcoming 30-year Treasury auction, with investors positioned for the long-dated supply and rate implications.
