City National Bank of Florida sells former Coral Gables HQ for $39M

The sale transfers a 121,418-square-foot, four-story office building at 2855 South Le Jeune Road to Baptist Health South Florida.

Commercial Observer reports that City National Bank of Florida has sold its former headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida, for $39 million, according to property records.

The buyer was nonprofit hospital operator Baptist Health South Florida, which purchased the four-story office building at 2855 South Le Jeune Road.

The property totals 121,418 square feet, built in 2007 on a 0.7-acre site.

Commercial Observer adds that the bank previously signed a lease last year to relocate to 2701 South Le Jeune Road, where the tenant moved earlier this year into a 15-story building owned by Amancio Ortega’s family office.
