City National Bank sells Coral Gables office building for $39M

City National Bank of Florida sold a 124,168-square-foot office building in Coral Gables for $39 million, with Baptist Health South Florida named as the buyer, according to ConnectCRE.
The property, at 6855 Red Road in Coral Gables, includes 47,732 square feet of leasable office space and a 122-space parking garage, ConnectCRE reported.
ConnectCRE said Baptist South is a nonprofit hospital operator, and it has not yet announced plans for the building.
The outlet added that City National Bank no longer needed the space after relocating its headquarters to a larger location at 2701 S. Le Jeune Road in 2025.
