France-Germany 10-year bond spread hits widest in decades
The France 10-year versus Germany 10-year spread widened to its widest level in Bloomberg data going back to 1990.
MarketWatch reports that the spread between France’s 10-year government bond and Germany’s equivalent reached its widest level last week, according to available Bloomberg data.
The report says the widening pushed the measure to the most extreme point in the data series that dates back to 1990.
