Jemal Equities gets $28M CMBS loan to refinance Arlington office
The roughly 174,000-square-foot building is now 89% leased, with a 6.8-year weighted average lease term, after Jemal Equities acquired it in October 2025.
A Washington, D.C., developer, Jemal Equities, secured a $28 million commercial mortgage-backed securities loan to refinance its Arlington, Va., office property at 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Commercial Observer reported.
The lender was Citigroup, and the loan backs a refinancing of the roughly 174,000-square-foot, 10-story building in the Rosslyn neighborhood, according to the report.
Jemal Equities acquired the property in October 2025 for $28 million from Velocis when it was 61% leased, Commercial Observer reported.
The building, built in 1990, is now 89% leased, with a 6.8-year weighted average lease term compared with 2.8 years at the time of purchase, Meridian Capital Group said in the article.
